Cual es el tiempo de respuesta ante una incidencia critica?
Para incidencias criticas -sitio caido o brecha de seguridad- el tiempo de respuesta es de maximo 2 horas en horario laboral extendido. Para errores funcionales no criticos, respondemos dentro de las siguientes 24 horas habiles. El SLA exacto se establece en el contrato.
Pueden encargarse del mantenimiento de un sitio que no desarrollaron?
Si. Hacemos una auditoria tecnica inicial del sitio para entender su arquitectura, dependencias y estado general. A partir de eso definimos el plan de mantenimiento adecuado y, si hay deuda tecnica importante, te lo comunicamos con transparencia antes de comprometernos.
Con que frecuencia realizan actualizaciones y revisiones?
